I support individual adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, grief, dissociation, relationship stress, and the emotional/physical impacts of trauma. My approach is neuroscience‑informed, compassionate, and paced to help you feel safe and empowered.

Your first session focuses on understanding your story, your strengths, and what feels most important to work on. We’ll begin shaping a personalized plan for healing.
Yes. All sessions are 100% virtual for clients in Texas and Oklahoma.
I work with adult individuals of all ages.
My office hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm CST. I offer session slots Monday-Thursday starting at the following times: 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm.
I integrate Brainspotting, EMDR, Polyvagal‑informed therapy, IFS‑informed work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. These modalities support deep nervous‑system healing rather than surface‑level coping. No. Trauma‑informed therapy does not require retelling painful memories. Brainspotting and EMDR allow healing with less vocalization of the past experience.
We slow down, ground, and reconnect with safety. You always have choice, and we work within your window of tolerance. We may utilize grounding techniques developed in prior sessions. It varies. Some clients notice shifts within a few sessions; others engage longer‑term to work through deeper trauma patterns. We check in regularly to track progress.
Yes. Your privacy is protected by law and by my ethical commitment to your safety. Exceptions apply only in cases of risk of harm or court‑ordered disclosures.
You may use the secure client portal for scheduling, paperwork, and communication.

In my private practice, I am self‑pay only. However, if allowed through their insurance, clients may use out‑of‑network benefits for partial reimbursement.
I periodically offer reduced‑fee slots based on availability and need.
All clients are required to keep a valid debit or credit card on file. Clients will be invoiced and the card on file will be charged for the session.
A private space, stable internet, and a device with a camera and microphone. A computer is preferred but a tablet or cell phone can be used as well.
Yes—if you are parked, stationary, and in a private location where you feel safe and cannot be overheard. If you are joining from a car, or any location which is not your home, please be prepared to provide the address of your location at the start of the session.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late‑cancellation fee.
A good fit feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with your goals. The consultation helps us explore this together.
Many clients come to me after previous therapy felt incomplete. Brain‑ and body‑based modalities often reach layers that talk therapy alone cannot.
